chat4sex.net invites all chat users to respect netiquette and rules of conduct.
In general, we invite users to read and respect the conditions of use.

Clarifications

1. chat4sex.net is not an ad site , therefore it is in no way possible to create user profiles or post ads of any kind. There is no registration or account creation;
2. chat4sex.net is a site that offers access to a chat platform with IRC protocol;
3. The IRC network, where in fact all public or private conversations take place, is also accessible from other IRC clients or other sites which, like chat4sex.net, offer access to the IRC server / channel;
4. We do not log conversations (whether public or private) but only accesses with date and time for each individual user. It is possible to trace the identity of the offender only in possession of the nickname used on the occasion and date and time , at least approximate. In the absence of this data we cannot find any information and therefore we invite you to contact directly the administrators of the IRC server.

User guide

We cannot provide IP or user data directly to private individuals. Any communication sent to us directly will not be considered. If you are a user and you think you have suffered abuse or crime, follow the following steps:

1. Look for the local police department, fraud section.
2. Prepare the data you will need for the report. The nickname or alias of who wrote the messages and the period in which they were written are essential. Long or vague periods will not be considered, Example: 'Entire month of January' or 'the first 10 days of'. We reiterate that it is necessary to specify a date or a group of dates with a time (defined) example: from X to Y. Relative example: 'Nickname: John Doe. Date: 01/02/2021 Time 10:00 to 15:00
3. Contact the authorities by communicating the data of the previous point.
4. Tell the authorities to follow the steps at the following paragraph (Law Enforcement guide).
5. Important: If you want to report an offense or abuse, please do so promptly, as we may not keep the logs for too long.

Law Enforcement guide

The form that follows is for use only by SWORN LAW ENFORCEMENT OFFICIALS, specifically those requesting release of chat4sex.net user information on an EMERGENCY BASIS in order to assist in averting an imminent threat, abuse or bodily harm

NOTE: A valid identifier is required in order to try to identify the person.

It is impossible for us to help identify the person with information like user's legal name, street address, date of birth or Social Security number. We cannot process your request without a valid identifier.

The request must contain the nickname of the perpetrator, a date and a time range. Example: Nickname: John Doe. Date: 01/02/2021 Hours 10:00 to 15:00

In the absence of one or more of the aforementioned data, it is impossible for us to respond positively to the request. In this case we advise you to contact directly the managers of the IRC network where, in fact, all conversations take place. (See the opening paragraph CLARIFICATIONS).

Important: In the request it is recommended to specify that you want all the data in our possession in order to identify the person, not only the IP address.

Advisory Notice: Requests to chat4sex.net through this system are accepted only from governmental entities authorized to obtain evidence in connection with official legal proceedings. Unauthorized requests will be subject to prosecution to the fullest extent of the law. By requesting access you are acknowledging that:

1. You are a government official making a request in official capacity.
2. Your IP address and other identifying information will be retained By chat4sex.net.
